The Freelancer Programming web site can be freely viewed.
However, to post a project or bid you must register.
Registration for the Freelancer Programming services is free
but by registering for the Freelancer Programming services you become a member
and agree to the terms of the Freelancer Programming “Rules of use”
Agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use any Freelancer Programming services. Registration allows full access to the project posting and
bidding side of the web site. If you wish to become a service provider and bid
on projects the professional profile also needs to be completed.
Once all details have been correctly entered on the
registration form a confirmation email will be sent to the address entered. This
email contains a confirmation link that has to be followed in order to activate
the account.
Freelancer Programming will not ever forward or sell your
details to any parties outside the Freelancer Programming forum. Your name and
email details will only be given to a Freelancer Programming member when you have
both agreed to work on a project together.
